I hope this letter finds you in good health on this day. Christmas isn't a holiday that we celebrate in the Clover Kingdom, but it seems to be one that most here are aware of, so I hope it has been treating you kindly.
Though this is a simple gift, please consider it a token of my appreciation. If the chill of this place is anything like that of my homeland, the winter may be harsh, and I hope you'll be able to stay warm and healthy throughout. I was grateful to have made your acquaintance, and just as you lent me a sympathetic ear, I would be happy to offer you my assistance in any way you might need.

[ The box contains a big, warm, fluffy scarf in a soft, mossy green color with tiny flecks of pearly white. Rutile might recognize it as an item from the clothing store if he's especially observant, although ... the pin it comes with sure isn't from the store. It's not terribly extravagant but seems to have been carefully made -- a shawl pin made of dark wood, with the pin itself bearing the shape of a lily at the end. Simple but still fairly distinctive.
Just a little something to help weather the winter, but with a personal touch. Because while Vangeance has decided to maintain a little distance between himself and Rutile for his own good ... Rutile is also too kind for him to be totally aloof towards. ]
